A studio at the 3rd and last floor of a recent small building with lift at 5 minutes on foot from the main post office, shops, restaurants… and 10 minutes on foot from the historical centre. There is a separate kitchen (where I can put a cot for a baby if any), a bathroom with shower and WC and a balcony with a nice view, where it is possible for two persons to eat. I have replaced the sofa by a real double bed. It is totally quiet. If you have a car, there is a parking spot for it. If you don’t, there are frequent buses to Nice, the rail station... You will find in the studio a lot of information (such as itineraries for 30 day tours that I wrote myself and that you also can often do using public transport). I will give you a lot of advice for planning your vacations.

Un studio au 3ème et dernier étage d’un petit immeuble récent avec ascenseur, à 5 minutes à pied de la poste principale, des commerces, restaurants… et à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Il comprend une cuisine séparée (où l’on peut mettre le lit d’un bébé si nécessaire), une salle d’eau avec douche & WC et un balcon avec une belle vue, où il est possible de manger pour 2 personnes. J’ai remplacé le sofa par un vrai lit à la demande de mes visiteurs. Le studio est totalement tranquille. Il y a un parking dédié si vous avez une voiture. Si vous n’en avez, pas, il y a de fréquents bus pour Nice, la gare... Vous trouverez dans le studio, beaucoup d’information (par exemple, une trentaine d’itinéraires à la journée que j’ai décrits moi-même et que vous pouvez aussi faire en prenant les transports publiques). Je vous donnerai beaucoup de conseils pour planifier vos vacances.
