L’Huorst T2

L’Huorst is the lower part of a pool-house in Cagnes/Mer. It is a two room accommodation. There is a large room (40 sqm) with a night part including two twin beds which can be grouped to form a double bed and a day part with a sofa, a small bedroom with two bunk beds for kids where you can also put a cot for a baby, a kitchenette in a cabinet (fridge, burners & micro-wave) and bathroom with toilets. There are also full cooking facilities (big fridge, freezer, stove & oven) in an outdoor kitchen.

You will have your own private yard and gate as well as access to the property pool (12x6m).
The house stands in a residential and quiet district at 20 minutes on foot from the beach, shops, train station to go anywhere on the coast, … As it is close to the train station and buses, you do not need to rent a car, which saves a lot of money and hassle.

L’Huorst est la le rez-de-chaussée de la pool-house d’une maison à Cagnes/Mer. Il a une grande pièce (40 m2) avec une partie nuit comportant deux lits jumeaux que l’on peut réunir en lit matrimonial et une partie jour avec un sofa, une petite chambre avec deux lits superposée pour des enfants et où vous pouvez aussi mettre un berceau, une kitchenette dans un placard (frigo, feux électriques & micro-onde) et une salle de bain avec WC. Il y a aussi une cuisine d’été entièrement équipée (grand réfrigérateur, freezer, cuisinière, four). Vous aurez votre propre jardin et une sortie privée ainsi qu’accès à la piscine de la propriété (12x6m). La maison se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel très calme à 20 minutes à pied de la plage, des magasins, de la gare pour vous rendre n’importe où sur la côte, … Une voiture n’est donc pas indispensable.
